RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at support@kleanskins.com. Returns must be approved before being sent back. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. Include photos of the product and packaging so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
Opened or used deodorants, skincare products, or other personal care items.
Products that have been tampered with or damaged after delivery.
Sale items.
Gift cards.
If you have questions about a specific product, please contact us before making a purchase.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If your return is approved, you may place a new order for the desired item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, subject to applicable consumer protection laws. The item must be unused, unopened, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
